Spring Sublease
Hello! I’m currently looking for a female to sublease my room in my 3 bed/2 bath apartment @ 303 W Green Street. All roommates will be female. The apartment is lofted, and the room I’m subleasing is the only room on the upper level, so it is very private. The apartment comes fully furnished and it comes with a private bathroom attached to the room I’m subleasing. The room has a skylight as well. There is an in-unit washer/dryer. Rent is $557.78/month, not including utilities. Rent and utitlies are negotiable. Utitlies are free for first month, though! The lease is from January 2026 to July 2026. There is a parking garage. I will be giving my parking permit for free, it was originally $600. Multiple bus lines come to the building. Feel free to reach out with any questions or inquiries!
