Hi! I am planning to study abroad spring of 2024 and am looking to sublease my bedroom of a 4x2 at Seven07 (707 S 4th St, Champaign)! I live with 3 other students: two guys, and one girl. They are very friendly and mostly keep to themselves, and are LGBTQ+ friendly! I am willing to negotiate the rent price.
