Hey everyone, my roommate and I are looking for 1-2 people (2 males/ 2 females) to sublease our 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment near E Chalmers and S 1st St for the Spring-Summer 2026 term (starting late December 2025). The First and Armory bus stop is right in front of the apartment, and the rooms are a great size! There is enough privacy from your roommate, and the unit is also fully furnished, remodeled, and includes an in-unit laundry.
