I'm looking to sublet my lofted room on the top floor of 615 S Wright St (main Smile Building) from May 10 - August 3.
The location is seconds away from Grainger Quad, the Union, and Green Street. The facilities are quite clean and include a gym as well as study rooms.
Rent will be $700/month (so 700+700+600 (for last month)) without utilities, but willing to negotiate!
