Other fees you will have to pay will be around $6 (some hidden fee from Dean), $14 (required insurance), and approximately $60 for utility (this will probably be cheaper during summer because my roommates are most likely not staying. HOWEVER, IF YOU WANT A CHEAPER OPTION FOR SUMMER, I know someone who is looking for summer sublease for $475 for rent and $40 for utility. So please let me know!
