Hello! Three of my friends and I signed leases at Tower at Third in September of 2025, but now we are looking into changing our leases so that we can all live together. We loved our time here and despite wanting to live together, this, for the price we got it at, was almost our best option. Right now the same lease at Tower at Third (2 bed 1 Bath layout Plan A) goes for $1039 per month. However, because we signed our leases early in the semester, our leases cost only $829 to $869. Free Gym is included (its the gym I go to everyday for weightlifting and cardio).
All utilities are included except for water. Water is variable based on how much you use, but I typically spend $20 to $27 on water a month and both my roommate and I take half an hour to hour long showers lol.
Washing Machines and Drying Machines are in the basement. They cost like $2 to wash and dry a load of laundry each.
No problems with AC, maintenance was always there next business day.
Red Lion is down the street which is a huge plus if you like partying because it is the biggest bar in CU. Thankfully, the noise cancellation is a lot better than I was expecting too. I have never noticed Red Lion playing music or my neighbors making noises.
