It is very close to the engineering quad, county market, and has a bus stop right in front of it that goes all over campus.
The rent is $970 + utilities per month which is $50 lower than what the apartment plan is listed for. I am also willing to negotiation the price. Water, wastewater, gas, trash, and internet are all included in rent. there are also amazing amenities such as a gym, pool, game room, and more!
