SPRING 27 SUBLEASE AVAILABLE (JAN - MAY)
Looking for a female student to take over my room in a fully furnished, renovated 2B/1B at 408 E Healey St! Rent is $820/month and highly negotiable, plus a flat $90/month utility fee that covers high-speed fiber internet, water, sewer, and trash. The location is unbeatable—literal steps from the Main Quad, Green Street, and County Market—and it comes with amazing perks like an in-unit washer/dryer, a large private balcony, free access to The Flamingo gym/lounge, and free use of my furniture for the semester! Best of all, my female roommate is rarely home and likely away for Spring '27, meaning you’ll practically have the bathroom and the whole apartment to yourself.
Email me if interested! Happy to do an in-person or FaceTime tour. (tshir@illinois.edu)
