Hello! I am studying abroad in April and I am looking for someone to take over my lease from March-July 31st. Dates are flexible and you can move in earlier or later. There are no utilities except electricity and there is a $100 stipend so you only pay if you go over that. This is a lease transfer so you will pay the apartment directly instead of me.
