Hello! I am looking to sublease my apartment for the Spring of 2025 semester (female only). The sublease would be located on E Chalmers St, Champaign, IL 61820. Rent is $809 on the first of every month, utilities not included. The apartment is for floor plan B, which is a 4-bed 2-bath fully furnished space. Subleaser would have their own room, and share a bathroom with one of my lovely roommates :) All of the girls are very clean, kind, and easygoing (and love to make new friends)! The apartment itself has the following: Hardwood-style flooring, washer and dryer, oven/range, wet bar, full-sized kitchen, built-in dining area with chairs available, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, full-sized beds, study desk with chair, and a mounted tv in the living room.
