Right now there are only 3 girls living in the unit, so if a pair of girls is looking for housing, that could work well since we also have an additional open bedroom.
Rent is $999/month and includes internet, trash service, and recycling. Other utilities are very affordable and usually average about $50/month. Parking is also available through the building.
