The unit includes washing and laundry machines, fully furnished with internet. There are three girl roommates they are all current sophomores. The room is pretty big and there is a window in the room. If you take my sublease the rent would be around $1100 each month with all utilities included. If you are willing to take the full year sublease, I can pay $100 every month for you. I will cover the transfer fee, the hub will contact you to sign an application and I think there might be an application fee. The sublease process is I will send your contact information and intended move in date to the Hub, they will reach out to you to sign the lease at my lower price rather than the market rate now. If you are interested please contact me via email.
