Hello all. I’m hoping to sublet my room in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on Oak Street for the upcoming spring semester (Jan 2025 - May 2025). I would also be open to subletting the room for the summer of 2025.
Rent would be $765 monthly, with monthly utility payments around $50-$100.
The fully furnished apartment includes a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and free parking space. It is a short ten-minute walk to the main quad.
