Hi everyone! I'm transferring my studio lease for Spring 2027 and looking for someone to take it over.
Details:
- Rent: $815/month (water and wifi included) , I’m currently paying $895/month
- Deposit: $407.50
- Other utilities: about $40/month (paid separately through Ameren)
- Furnished kitchen: microwave, oven, full-size fridge, stove, air fryer, electric kettle, plus most cooking utensils
- Location: S First St in Champaign, walking distance to campus
- Move-in: as early as Nov 1, 2026
- Lease end: July 2027 (you don't have to stay until July)
- Lease type: lease transfer through Roland Realty. You apply with them directly, and there is a $250 transfer fee.
The unit goes to whoever completes the Roland Realty application first.
