Hi! I’m subleasing my room in a 4 bed / 4 bath apartment at 1008 S 4th Street for Spring 2027 (Jan–July). It’s a super nice room, already furnished with a walk in closet, huge bathroom, and plenty of storage. You’ll be with three very nice roommates who are kind, clean, and respectful!
• Rent: $955/month utilities included
• Location super close to the quad (less than 10 min!)
• Apartment has a fitness center, study rooms, and outdoor lounge
• I also have a covered parking spot at the apartment available to lease for the same time frame for $95/month if interested.

*** One of our roommates has a severe tree nut allergy, so we’re looking for someone who’s ok with the kitchen being nut free!
