Looking for two people to sublease next academic year during the spring semester (Spring 2027). Lease has not been signed yet (subject to change bedroom/bath size). We are looking primarily at The Rive, HERE, We will be studying abroad Spring semester and need two people to take over our lease. Ideally 2 bed 2 bath, but if someone is looking for a sublease we can talk about location/floor plan to best fit both groups!
