I am looking for someone to sublease a one-bedroom apartment to for the Spring Semester and possibly the Summer Semester.
The address is on W Clark St.
The apartment contains a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom.
A dishwasher, laundry machine, and dryer are included.
A parking space is also included.
I am thinking of renting this apartment out for $800 per month, with utilities not included, but I am open to negotiation.
