The room comes with a private bedroom & bathroom, is newly renovated, is close to Green Street & Main Quad, and you will be living with my current roommate (male, quiet, neat, keeps to himself). Since I'm looking to get this over with soon, I'll be covering a portion of the rent, and you will pay $1,400/month (negotiable; price includes utilities). You will have the apartment from the beginning of the lease in August until December.
