Hello, me and my roommate have signed the lease for this apartment already but have deiced to take a different offer up. This is a great apartment with nice layout. The sublease is per room being 1198 for the first month and 1125 (there is an added 110 utility fee) for the rest up until 08/ 05/ 02026. These new two-bedroom apartments feature stainless steel appliances (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and stove), plank flooring, and an in-unit front-load washer/dryer. They are just blocks from County Market and near the University of Illinois Engineering Quad. Enjoy the outdoor patio on the 7th floor and conference rooms on the first floor. It is an individual lease so although it is a two-bedroom two bath the 1125 is for one bed and one bath since we are both giving it up there are two spots available.
