I am subleasing my room at 408 E Springfield Ave (close to campus and right next to County Market) which is a 2 bed 1 bath with a male roommate. It has access to all Smile amenities including gym and study rooms. Rent is $710/month + electricity and I am willing to give a discount if you are willing to take over the whole lease which runs till July.
