Hi! I am graduating this December and will thus be subletting my apartment for the Spring and/or Summer of 2027. I am subletting for 706 South First Street in Champaign. I have one male roommate (so I would prefer to sublet to another male) in a 2 bed 1 bath. Your half of the rent would be $528.50 without parking or $608.50 with parking.
