Looking for a male student to take over my lease for a private bedroom & attached private bathroom in a fully furnished 4 bed / 4 bath unit at Campus Circle Urbana.
3 male UIUC students who are clean and keep to themselves/busy with classes.
Discounted Rent: $800/month (regular monthly base & fees are ~$969 but I will cover the difference and provide the cash subsidy upfront. Basically $169 per month to take the place over.
Term is Immediate / Fall 2026 – July 31, 2027.
I will also help pay the official $300 management lease transfer fee.
There is optional reserved garage parking spot available on-site ($75/mo covered, $50/mo uncovered).
