Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease between January and July 2026. This is in a 4x4 at Seven07, which is right on Green and Fourth Street in Champaign. This is an all female unit, with amenities such as a basketball court, gym, and pool included. Rent is about 1.1K. Really nice spot, plenty of space, and overall a great place to stay at.
