- Parking: parking spot available for an additional $70/month
- Roommates: Three female tenants, one with a friendly cat (heads up if you have allergies!)
- Security: Building has security cameras, a locked front entrance, and a buzz-in system for guests and deliveries.
The apartment is in a great location near cafe Paradiso and has a welcoming, safe environment. In-unit washer and dryer, walk-in pantry, dishwasher, and Tv in shared living space. Apartment is on the first level making it easy to move in and out.
