The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, double fridge, stovetop with oven, and dishwasher. Building amenities include an apartment gym, private study rooms, community WiFi, a secure mailroom, and nighttime security. Rent is $929 per person per month, but willing to negotiate price cuts (the apartment accommodates 4 people)
