I can already promise you that you’re going to have an amazing time here.
At the moment, I’m living with three other study abroad students, and we’re subletting our apartment for next semester at The Rive. The location is ideal — right on Green Street in Champaign, where all the bars and restaurants are. Target and County Market are just a 5-minute walk away, and you can easily walk to your classes as well.
Our unit has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. A big plus is the spacious open kitchen and living room, which is perfect for having friends over. The rent is $945 per month.
The apartment is already fully furnished, which is a big advantage since most apartments here come completely empty — we spent around $700 on furniture and setup, and of course, we’d be happy to leave everything for you to use.
