Hi! I’m looking to sublease my bedroom this summer at a discounted rate. I have 3 other roommates and I share a bathroom with one of my roommates so you will have access to that. You will also have access to the kitchen and the spacious living room and balcony.
- Rent/Utilities/Electricity: $530
- All of my roommates are females so I am looking for females only.
- - Roommates are super nice, quiet, and clean.
- - I would love to meet and give you a walkthrough of the apartment as well.
- I personally love this apartment because it is nice and affordable. It is located in the middle of campus so it’s easy to walk to green street. There is a bus stop right next to the apartment, which is really convenient. If you’re staying over the summer and need somewhere to stay, this is a nice affordable place that you would be comfortable living at!
