Hey everyone! Looking to sublease my one bedroom and private bathroom in a 4 x 4 at Green Street Towers for Summer 2027. Apartment is completely furnished and is in the middle of campus, so near all of the bus stops and restaurants.
I currently pay $974.75 for rent and utilities, but willing to negotiate this price. BONUS: 3 other rooms are available in this unit for sublease if you are looking with a friend.
