For anyone still in need of an apartment for the spring semester, I am trying to sublease a bedroom in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The place has been renovated this past summer, so everything is brand new and most importantly clean! The apartment includes leather furniture, wood floors, private balcony, and a 42 in. flat screen TV.
I'm graduating this December so it would be awesome if someone could take the rent payments for the spring off my hands. It's a great place, especially for those studying abroad in the fall who need a place for just a semester.
