I'm looking to sublet a furnished one-bedroom apartment at 310 E. Clark St., Champaign. It's three blocks west of Beckman Institute and two blocks north of County Market (a grocery store). The building is owned by Green Street Realty. The rent is $550 per month, and mandatory utility fees are $15 per month; water, electricity, and Internet are not included. The lease begins on August 20; the rent for August is already paid.
