I'm new to the area. I'm a graduate student parent with a toddler looking to sublease for the fall while I learn the area and get acquainted with neighboorhoods,etc. I'm available to take tours, see apartments starting Sunday Aug 16th. Looking for a clean 1 or 2 bedroom apartment. Must have A/C, be clean and secure.
