I am looking for a female roommate for 2016spring. You could move in from December, 2015.
I currently live on 1007 W Clark St, Urbana. My apt is 810 square feet,which is spacious, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. It is equipped with air conditioner and heat. There are dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer, washer and dryer in the apartment.3 minutes' walk to take 22Illini,13Silver and 10 Gold. 5min to grainger library, and 12min to the market.
The rent per person per month is $550, not including the water and electric utility, but the network is included.
Frankly, my apartment is comfortable, convenient and has a quiet surrounding.
I am a girl coming from Shanghai, China who love meeting new friends and learning new cultures. Also,I like quiet and clean environment and I am not a night person. So there are three demands when I find a roommate:
- Please keep the apt clean, especially the bathroom and the kitchen.
- Please do not make much noise and plese do not throw a party at midnight.
- Please pay the rent and other fees you ought to pay.
