There is plenty of room for storage with a detached garage and a storage room in the basement. Laundry on-site, not coin operated.
The location is perfect. Walking distance from: downtown Champaign, Champaign Public Library, and the CVS. The house is directly on the Green bus line and walking distance from the Blue line (and a bit further is the Illinois Terminal where you can catch any bus you’d like). A twenty minute walk, ten minute bike ride to campus. Quiet neighborhood with mostly families and graduate students.

The house has four amazing ladies living there currently, two graduate students, one undergraduate, and a local school teacher. Very friendly people. Inviting atmosphere but still a lot of personal space.
Rent is $320/month without utilities which come out to about $70/month (gas&electric, high speed internet, water, and trash removal). Rent/utilities up for negotiation.
The sublease is from January 2016 until August 2016. Room can come furnished or unfurnished.
