I live in a 10 bedroom house on Lincoln and we are looking to fill 3 spots for the spring semester as the rooms will be moved out of by their current leasers. The rent is $525 a month plus utilities which usually will add another $50-$70 depending on the month. This is the unofficial rugby house on campus, which means we like to have a bit of fun and will host a party usually every week. However, most of the time it is quite relaxed so you should not be concerned that you would not be able to do your studies at the house. We are also within short walking distance of anywhere on campus. two foreign exhange students currently live here and more have in the past so setting up a 5 month lease is easy with us. Plus you'll get to meet a bunch of people really quickly not only in the house but on the rest of the club as well. It's a great time and it comes at a good price.
