I am subleasing a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment which has been newly renovated this summer. The building is located barely two blocks from campus and is very peaceful. The apartment comes with a brand new kitchen (all stainless steel), furniture etc. You can take over the lease from Jan - Aug or even for a portion of it.
