I am looking to sublease my room to another girl. I will be studying abroad. I pay $489 for rent. It includes rent, parking and insurance. Utilities not included, however, for water and electricity together, it averages $70/month. I have 3 other girl roommates and we have one bathroom. My bedroom is connected to a balcony. The apartment is 10 minute walk from the main quad and 3 blocks away from Green street. We also have the 22 bus at the corner. We also have a basketball court in the back. It is 12 minute walk to the ARC and 7 minutes to BIF.
