The aparment is one block west of the Engineering quad and one block east of the County Market grocery store.
The room available for sublease has a walk-in closet. It is also furnished with a full-sized bed, a desk and chair, and a dresser. The apartment itself has a washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. The living room is furnished with two endtables, a coffee table, an armchair, a couch, a table and four benches for the table.
The apartment has one and half baths. One bath has a sink with a toilet and a shower/bath combo, while the other only has a toilet and shower/bath. However, there are two sinks and a large mirror between the bathrooms, so there are three sinks total in the apartment.
