I am studying abroad in Australia this spring semester, and will be needing someone to sublease my room. it will come furnished, with a bed, desk, dresser, bookshelgs, and a futon. There is a sink in the room as well.
It is a block away from both Silver/Gold/Green buses, also a 12 minute walk to campus.
There is in unit washing and drying. Parking in the back and well as street parking, as well as AC/heating Unit.
