Hi, I am currently living in Illini Tower(IT), one of the Private Certified Housing facilities here on campus. I am looking for someone to take over my lease for Spring 2016 (Jan 2016-May 2016).
I will cover the required meal plan ($1400, 200 meals per semester) and I'm also open to further negotiation, so you will be able to get a room at a significantly lower price.
And since this is a lease transfer, not a sublease, you can choose whichever room type you want, from studio to 3 bedrooms. Guys are welcome too!
Every room is furnished with a private or semi-private bath and a full kitchen. Laundry and underground parking are available as well.
IT is only 2 blocks away from the Quad(campus center) and Green St. (commercial center) and its a great place to stay if you want a more quiet, private space plus some dorm experience. It is also very popular among international students.
