I am subletting my 1 bedroom in a four bedroom apartment for Spring and/or Summer 2016 in a modern, spacious apartment at 907 S Third St. in Champaign Il. It is on campus at UIUC and is less than a 10 minute walk from the main quad, the engineering quad, and the ARC recreation center. There's a washer/dryer in unit, a dishwasher, two huge bathrooms, a full size bed and large closet in the bedroom, and a balcony with a gorgeous view. It's a secure building with a buzz in entry system in a very central location at the corner of Third and Daniel right next to the 22 bus stops. Plus, I have a parking space in the garage if you have a car and would be interested in it.
The price is $675 per month which includes rent, heating, sewage, cable and internet. I am open to negotiations too if you have a different budget!
