The apartment is fully furnished (including 2 very comfy couches!), has wooden floors, and features large front windows that bring a lot of light into the space.
Rent is $750 per month. This includes water, heat, garbage disposal, and cable! You just need to set up and pay for electricity and internet yourself.
**The apartment also includes access to Roland Realty's pool, patio, and grill area! This is across the street from the apartment and opens in the Spring.
