Looking to sublease my bedroom/bathroom in a 4 bedroom/4 bathroom apartment at 308 E. Green St. Currently only 3 bedrooms are occupied (including mine). So if you sublease, you get 2 rooms/2 bathrooms to yourself since my room is next to the vacant one. It's $675 per month, ALL utilities included. Washer/dryer in unit, full kitchen, central A/C, hardwood floors, flat screen TV with over 50 channels, etc. Building includes gym and sauna on the 2nd floor, jacuzzi on the roof, and study lounge on the 4th floor.
