I'm looking for a male student to sublease my room for the Spring 2026 semester (January – May). The sublease includes a private bedroom with a PRIVATE en suite bathroom in a modern, shared 4 bed / 4 bath apartment.
RENT will be around $850 (negotiable, so let's talk!) and includes sewer, garbage, and recycling fees.
