Apartment Details: S Gregory St. Rent is $940 a month with utilities included; (it's $1880 total but split between two people). Utilities are a fixed rate so use however much you want; washer and dryer in unit; has balcony; includes all other basic utilities such as water, sewage, internet, electricity, AC & heat, etc.
Roommate Details: You will have one other roommate, a girl, so you have to be a girl (she doesn't want co-ed); I never had roommate issues with her before; she's not loud or messy and has no pets.
Misc: 5 min walk from campus; right on top of a little strip of restaurants including boba shop and Cafe Benee; few min walk from CRCE; 2 min walk from nearest bus stop (has teal and purple, forgot if there's more buses here). I picked a good location on purpose (for myself lol) so anyone else would enjoy it; price of rent can be discussed and I can send more info / pics if need be, just contact me if you're interested.
