Hey everyone, I'm looking for someone to take over the lease for my apt for Spring and Summer of next year. Rent is $535/mo and you'll be sharing it w/ 1 other chill roommate. The bedroom, kitchen, and living room is very spacious for its price. It's near Kams, the rest of Campustown, and the 22, 12, 5, and 17 bus stops so you're pretty close to everything.
