I am currently a graduate student renting out a 1bed/1bath at 301 East Clark Street apt 204. I will be graduating in December 2016 so I need to transfer my lease to someone for SPRING 2017. You will not be locked into renting for summer because we only did a 10 month lease. The rent price is $670 a month. The apartment comes with a washer and dryer in the apartment, a microwave, dishwasher, large bathroom with linen closet, two large closets, and a balcony. We will have paid for parking so we can just give you our parking pass for free. You will have to pay utilities (water and electric) but they are not very expensive. I have lived here for two years and really love it! It is also close to two bus stops where the Yellow, Brown, Teal, and Red stop.
