For any juniors graduating in 3.5 or students who are planning on doing Study Abroad in the coming spring semester, I'm subletting my apartment at Suites at Third.
I have a discounted price since I was part of a group deal so my price for a 4 bed by 4 bath apartment is $774/month. (Early bird price was $824 and current price is $1024).
