I am looking for a sublease for the 2026 Fall semester as I will be studying abroad. The apartment's location is on Wright Street and is right by the intersection of Wright and Green Street, so you will be in the middle of everything going on. It is also right across the street from Bardeen Quad, so it is a great location for engineering students. There is also a bus stop right by the corner.
Rent is $955 per month. When it comes to utilities, it covers water, trash, sewer, recycling, internet, and electricity. The electricity has a $40 limit, so the charge for utilities is about $115 a month.
There will be one roommate there despite the apartment being 3 bed 2 bath. The other roommate will be completing a work-study, so you will only be living with one other person, and you will have plenty of space. The one roommate is quiet, helpful, and will contribute to chores, so you shouldn't have any issues.
