I am planning on studyinga abroad in the Spring of 2017 so I will need an apartment for the Fall. I want to live at Illini Manor on Fourth and Chalmers (JSM). The rent is $535 plus $92 utilites. (It is a newly upgraded studio)
I want to split the lease with someone who is studying abroad in the Fall 2016 so that way our rent is cheaper. Otherwise, it will be $720/month for a 1/2 year lease.
