My roommate and I are going abroad in the spring of 2027 and would love to give away our apartment to two people who want to live together! It's $795 a month before utilities and water fees (which shouldn't be too high). The apartment is renovated, with a nice kitchen and bathroom (we'll even leave in our own showerhead). It's the second floor, so not too many stairs, but not the first floor, so you don't have to worry about break-ins. Our balcony is our favorite spot to chill (we may leave out an outdoor couch, which is a big plus) You can come get a tour anytime! Lastly, great location! Couple blocks from ARC, KAMS, and next to 220 Illini Bus.
